Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota with Poached Eggs Toast
The only secret to preparing this delicious toast is to use the finest Sobrasada (spreadable chorizo) and make a soft and yolk-runny poached egg. Ibérico Club’s Sobrasada is the best you will find in the market, hands down.

Ingredients
- White Bread
- Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota
- 2 eggs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt flakes
- Black Pepper
How to prepare
- Cut a piece of white bread in half and toast it
- Spread some Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota on top
- Place water on a cooking put and turn it to high. Once the water is boiling stir it counter clockwise and place the eggs in it Put the lid on and wait 3 minutes
- Place the eggs on top of the toast with Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota
- Add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add Salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy
