Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota and Avocado Toast
Two deliciously creamy ingredients paired to perfection in this mouth-watering tapa.
Super simple to prepare and a crowd pleaser. It’s key to use a ripe avocado and the best Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota. For the toast, you can use any type of bread but we prefer to use country-style white bread. Salud!
Ingredients
- White Bread
- Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- Salt flakes
- Black Pepper
How to prepare
- Cut the white bread into slices and toast it
- Cut small pieces of Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota
- Remove the casting and spread onto each toasted bread slice
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and take it out with a spoon
- Cut small slices of avocado and place them on top of the toasted bread with sobrasada
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy
