Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota and Avocado Toast

Two deliciously creamy ingredients paired to perfection in this mouth-watering tapa.

 

Super simple to prepare and a crowd pleaser. It’s key to use a ripe avocado and the best Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota. For the toast, you can use any type of bread but we prefer to use country-style white bread. Salud!

How to prepare

  1. Cut the white bread into slices and toast it
  2. Cut small pieces of Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota
  3. Remove the casting and spread onto each toasted bread slice
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and take it out with a spoon
  5. Cut small slices of avocado and place them on top of the toasted bread with sobrasada
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Enjoy
