This video recipe shows you how to prepare the best plate of Lomo Ibérico de Bellota for your next dinner party with friends. Ibérico Club’s Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota is absolutely extraordinary. It comes from purebred Ibérico Pigs. This unique pigs are fed on fallen acorns from ancient holm oak trees in the Dehesa forest.
Lomo Ibérico de Bellota is a lean cut of cured meat that is best when cut in thin slices. It should be enjoyed right after plating. It pairs to perfection with the traditional little bread sticks called Picos Camperos. This Picos Camperos are hand made in a wood fired oven in the South of Spain by artisans.

How to prepare
- Thinly slice your Lomo Ibérico de Bellota.
- Remove the casing from each slice.
- Place the slices in a white round plate leaving an empty space in the center.
- Add some Hand made picos camperos in the center of the plate. Serve and enjoy with a good red wine.
