This Spanish salami “Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota” is the Pata Negra of the salamis.

How to prepare

  1. Cut a piece of white bread in half and toast it
  2. Cut a thin slices of the Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota and remove it's casting
  3. Cut thin slices of the paprika-infused Manchego Cheese
  4. Cut the tomato in half and rub it onto the bread
  5. Place the slices of Cut a thin slices of the Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota and remove it's casting
  6. Place the slices of Cut thin slices of the paprika-infused Manchego Cheese on top
  7. Enjoy
