How to prepare
- Cut a piece of White Bread in half and toast it
- Cut the Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota in thin slices
- Cut the Black Garlic Infused Manchego Cheese in thin slices
- Add some olive oil to the toasted white bread
- Place the sliced Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota on top
- Place the Black Garlic Infused Manchego Cheese on top
