Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota and Black Garlic Infused Manchego Cheese Toast

This simple Spanish toast tapa has two absolutely delicious ingredients: Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota and Black Garlic-infused Manchego Cheese.

 

Some even prefer the Lomo over the Jamón! And our Black Garlic Manchego Cheese is very unique and with a mind-blowing flavor.

How to prepare

  1. Cut a piece of White Bread in half and toast it
  2. Cut the Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota in thin slices
  3. Cut the Black Garlic Infused Manchego Cheese in thin slices
  4. Add some olive oil to the toasted white bread
  5. Place the sliced Lomo 100% Ibérico de Bellota on top
  6. Place the Black Garlic Infused Manchego Cheese on top
  7. Enjoy
